Welcome to our cleaning services. By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services based on the service selected during booking. Services may

include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and customized cleaning requests.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide accurate contact information and ensure access to the property at the scheduled appointment

time. If access cannot be provided, the appointment may be canceled and subject to cancellation fees of $50.00

3. Payment

Full Payment is due on Business Web site,www.nyhomecleaningservices.org unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment

methods including credit/debit cards and electronic payments.

Late or unpaid balances may result in additional fees or refusal of future services.

4. Cancellation & No Refund Policy

If the client cancels the appointment, is unavailable, or cannot provide access at the scheduled service time, there will

be no refund.

All completed services are non-refundable. Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment

so we may review the issue.

5. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, please contact us within 24

hours. We may offer a touch-up service at our discretion.

6. Safety & Conditions

For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service in unsafe conditions, including dangerous

environments, aggressive animals, biohazard materials, illegal substances, or unsafe structural conditions.

7.Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items, providing electricity and running water, and informing

us of special cleaning instructions or hazards.

We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable, improperly installed, or pre-damaged items.

8. Liability

While we take reasonable care during services, our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We

are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and marketing purposes. Personal information and identifying

details will not be shared without permission.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used only for scheduling,

communication, billing, and service-related purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become

effective once posted or shared with clients.
